In this compassionate space, participants can tune into their inner experiences, explore how grief shows up in the body, and share their stories with others who understand. Mind-Body Connections

Explore how the autonomic nervous system actives the body's natural survival responses - fight, flight and freeze - when we feel stressed or overwhelmed. These responses can be noticed in the body as physical sensations, such as muscle tension, changes in posture, or bodily discomfort, as well as shifts in emotions or mood. By learning to understand these patterns, individuals can begin to notice our body’s signals with more kindness and discover simple ways to support themselves during challenging moments.
