For this experiential art therapy workshop, we will explore the 5 areas of wellbeing (physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual) through drawing, writing and group participation to enhance resilience.

Echoes of Grief: Grief and Bereavement Support for Losing a Loved One

Losing someone we love can feel overwhelming, leaving us with emotions that are hard to carry alone. This grief and bereavement support group offers a safe and compassionate space to share, listen, and find comfort among others who understand the pain of loss. We journey through grief, make sense of our losses, honour memories of our loved ones, and move forward while holding on to what matters most.
Empty Cradle: Finding Strength and Hope after Miscarriage

A miscarriage can leave behind sorrow, questions, and a sense of emptiness that is hard to face alone. This support group brings together mums and dads who have experienced pregnancy loss, offering a space of empathy, understanding, and connection. Together, we honour the babies we have lost, acknowledge our grief and loss, and take gentle steps towards healing and hope.
Mind-Body Connections

Explore how the autonomic nervous system actives the body's natural survival responses - fight, flight and freeze - when we feel stressed or overwhelmed. These responses can be noticed in the body as physical sensations, such as muscle tension, changes in posture, or bodily discomfort, as well as shifts in emotions or mood. By learning to understand these patterns, individuals can begin to notice our body’s signals with more kindness and discover simple ways to support themselves during challenging moments.

Embodied Motherhood (Face-to-face & online)
This 4-session workshop offers a supportive space for mothers to learn how to care for their own wellbeing, notice how stress and emotions show up in daily life, and foster mindful connections with their children. Participants will also be invited to reflect on past experiences and how these may influence parenting, approached with curiosity and self-compassion rather than judgement. This is an invitation to slow down, build awareness, and nurture more attuned and connected relationships - starting from within.

Furever in Our Hearts: Pet Loss Support

The loss of a beloved pet leaves a lasting absence that is deeply felt. This support group offers a supportive space to reflect on the bond you shared, honour the companionship you experienced, and process grief at your own pace. Through shared experiences, we remember our pets with love and gratitude, acknowledge the impact of such loss, and adjust to life while keeping them close in our hearts.
