Resilience through the Body: A Somatic Approach to Nervous System Regulation (Online)
This online workshop offers participants practical somatic practices to explore body awareness and develop mindful responses in moments of stress or overwhelm. By noticing bodily sensations, rhythms, and internal experiences, participants can learn to become more aware of automatic patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The sessions invite reflection on ways to cultivate steadiness, choice and self-support in everyday situations - at work, at home or in relationships.
Suitable for caregivers, professionals in high-stress environments, and individuals managing anxiety.
Fee: $320 for 4 sessions
Embodied Motherhood Workshop (Face-to-face & online)
This 4-session workshop offers a supportive space for mothers to learn how to care for their own wellbeing, notice how stress and emotions show up in daily life, and foster mindful connections with their children. Participants will also be invited to reflect on past experiences and how these may influence parenting, approached with curiosity and self-compassion rather than judgement. This is an invitation to slow down, build awareness, and nurture more attuned and connected relationships - starting from within.

Embodied Parenting: For Expecting Parents (Face-to-face)
This 3-hour workshop offers a nurturing space for expecting parents to deepen awareness of their inner experiences during the transition into parenthood. Participants will explore how emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations shift during this life stage, and how these shape early patterns of connection with their baby.
Through somatic practices and reflection, parents are supported to cultivate presence, emotional awareness, and attuned responsiveness as they prepare for early relational life with their baby.

Calm Starts With Us: Practical Tools for Parenting and Connection Workshop (Face-to-face)
This 3-hour workshop supports expecting parents and parents of young children (birth to 6 years) in integrating the birth experience and strengthening the foundation of the early family nervous system. Parents learn about how birth and the early perinatal period can shape stress responses, emotional availability, and patterns of connection.
The focus is on supporting both birthing and non-birthing parents to process and release residual birth-related stress, while restoring a sense of regulation and embodied safety. Alongside this, parents develop practical co-regulation tools that support greater calm, attunement, and emotional safety within the parent-baby and parent-parent relationship.

Embodied Parenting: Strengthening Connection in Parenting Partnership (Face-to-face)
In the busyness of parenting, parents often focus on responding to their children's needs and may overlook their own inner experiences in daily life. This 6-hour workshop offers a holding space for parents to reconnect with themselves, and their partners. It builds awareness of how stress and nervous system patterns shape interactions with children and each other.
Participants can learn practical tools to navigate conflict, overwhelm, and emotionally charged moments, while developing emotional presence, communication, and teamwork in parenting. They will also explore how personal and relational patterns influence both parenting dynamics and couple interactions.
Date/Time:
26 September 2026 (Saturday), 9:30am-5:00pm (1.5-hour lunch break)
Fee: $680 per couple
