At Solace Therapy & Consultancy, we are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, use, and disclose data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. Your information is handled responsibly and only for purposes related to your therapy, counselling, or engagement with our services.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is only disclosed with your consent or when required by law to ensure safety. Our therapists are committed to creating a safe and trusting environment where you can share openly, knowing that your personal information and experiences will be respected and protected.
During your first session, your therapist will review the consent and service agreement form. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have.
Fees, Payment, Booking & Cancellation
Therapy Fees (Face-to-Face & Virtual)
1. Individual Session
Principal Therapist: $200 for 50 minutes (weekdays) & $230 (weekday evenings & Saturday 9am-12pm)
Therapist: $170 for 50 minutes (weekdays) & $200 (weekday evenings & Saturday 9am-12pm)
2. Couple Session
Principal Therapist: $250 for 80 minutes (weekdays) & $280 (weekday evenings & Saturday 9am-12pm)
Therapist: $220 for 80 minutes (weekdays) & $250 (weekday evenings & Saturday 9am-12pm)
3. Family Session
Principal Therapist: $300 for 80 minutes (weekdays) & $330 (weekday evenings & Saturday 9am-12pm)
Therapist: $270 for 80 minutes (weekdays) & $300 (weekday evenings & Saturday 9am-12pm)
(Note: Reduced rates are available for full-time students; please enquire for details.)
Payment
We accept cash, PayNow & bank transfer.
Appointment Booking & Cancellation

A $60 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. It has to be made at least 3 days before the scheduled session.

The remaining balance is payable immediately after the session.

For no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the $60 deposit is non-refundable.
